Have you ever??? I Challenge you???

Have you ever used a advertisement as a sketch for a LO??? I challenge you to find an advertisement and give this a go and see what you come up with....

This is what I am challenging my 5-7 girls to do this week at classes. There was lots of moans and groans last Tues night but I love this idea. Yesterday I wanted to scrap my class page for Tues night....Well of course things didn't go as planned!!!

Yes, I had the advertisement from For Keeps Creative Paper Issue 75 pg 58
& my sketch ready (see last post), I knew what colours I wanted to use, BUT I didn't have the photos that I needed!!! So I had to enlist the help of my DH to take photos of me while I was pretending to take photos of plants & things in my garden. Why you ask was I pretending to take photos??? It was because my SLR camera didn't have any film in it and my DD had our other small digital!
I knew what kind of photos I wanted my DH to take of me so I took some of him to show him exactly what I wanted....Now you would think that because he saw what kind of photos I wanted him to take that he would do exactly that!!!
But ahhh NOOOO it wasn't the case!!! He took further away photos of me.....
ones that had my whole head in the photo plus all my greys and lil bit of the camera! I wanted up close and personal photos of the camera and just a lil bit of me. In the end after what seemed like eternity I got some photos I could use for this LO!!! I actually started on the LO at about 4.30pm yesterday!! But didn't do very much last night!! I have finished it today - so here it is for your viewing!
