Today I can say was a great day!!! What started out as an ordinary day quickly became a very special with a visit from a friend that I hadn't seen in almost 4 yrs!!! This lady was the person who got me into scrap booking and I am so thankful for her guidance and help in those early days! As I really had no idea!!! She was very impressed with my scrapping now...saying that she can see that I still have to have everything just perfect!!! LOL!!! Does she know me well or what??
I also have a couple of LO's to share with you!!! I have been scrapping some photos of my beautiful family and friends. I am currently working on another shabby LO with a photo of me on my first day of school!!! That was so long ago...1972!
This first LO is for the Christmas Hamper No 2 over at Challenge Chic's....I had to use a sketch created by the talented Tanyah Payne These are the photos that we took with Mum and her children and grandchildren. This is a surprise for my Mum!!!
This LO was going to be for my challenge that I was setting over at Born2Create next month!!! But it didn't work out quite the way I had hoped, so now I am going to set a new challenge on about the 20th of Nov for Dec...With a $20 prize!!!
I have used a photo that I took of Jody before the School Ball out at her property.

This card is one that I received this week from my Mum Thanking me for the lovely surprise that she received on the morning of her birthday!!! It is such a beautiful card!!!
