I am still trying to get over whatever is wrong with me...supposedly I have 2 gallstones. And I have been told I have to loose weight but the DR didn't offer me any solutions to loosing weight!!! I know I just have to get off of my fat butt and move my body!!! Wish me luck!!

Well I am really sorry but this is the only thing that I have to share with you in the Scrapping Department!!! I brought this kit ages and ages ago, well at least 12 months ago from Magical Memories in Mackay.
This is my LO! dressed to Impress....I know you are all probably sick of photos of my DD, from the her school ball but I am so happy with the LO's that I have been producing with these photos!
Next week I am doing a 20/40/ 60 challenge on Tues night! 3 LO's in one night!!It is freaking some of the girls out but ahh if they are organised it will work for them!! Lisa K you will be so proud of me....I am going to use some of your vintage kit I got from you! Ok I am off for the weekend to Rockhampton, so I will catch you around next week. thats not good that the doctor didn't give you any ways to start losing weight....thats really bad weight-loss counselling actually!! so i'm going to try to help instead:
ReplyDeletetry and get out for a walk everyday (an intentional walk!) if you can, and try and change your diet (even though that can be hard!). set yourself some goals and work at them, and that should help.
